What to Expect

• Working hours are typically Monday-Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Extended hours are sometimes required for jobsites located outside a one hour drive radius.
• On-the-job training.
• Work primarily in new construction residential and commercial buildings. Work in existing home crawl spaces and attics is sometimes required.
• Comfortable working on scaffolds as high as 30', and in confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
• After six months of dependable employment, entry-level insulation helper positions can grow into lead roles installing insulation, spray foam, acoustical ceilings, and garage doors.
