An un-vented attic is created by spraying foam insulation to the underside of the roof deck and to the gable ends.

When installed correctly, Icynene Classic Max will smother an attic fire before it has a chance to spread (less than one minute)! As a flame in the attic grows, it requires more oxygen to sustain itself. Heat builds, increasing the pressure in the attic before eventually popping the attic hatch to relieve the pressure. By the time the attic hatch pops open the fire is out!
